    Interview

Thorough, detailed, case study. Met with several managers throughout the process. Could tell they wanted you to do well during the process. They process moved quickly. They are aggressive on timing if they want to move forward.

I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce.

    Interview

Interviewer cancelled the call at the last minute and didn't offer to reschedule. Here's what happened:

*Interviewer reached out via email requesting a date and time to connect
*I responded the same day with a few options
*No response from the interviewer and so I followed up
*They agreed to the proposed time
*At the time of the call, they emailed me to tell me that they had an emergency meeting. I asked if they could reschedule for the same time the next day
    *Never heard back form them

For a company that touts about a passionate and brilliant workforce and their efforts to drive the Age of Equality, how about you start with the basics: treat job candidates with respect.

    Senior Manager, Marketing Operations Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA (US)).

    Interview

I had a phone screen with a recruiter that didn't seem very motivated. After that I was invited for a call with the Hiring Manager.

The conversation with the Hiring Manager was surreal. From the start she was unfriendly and condescending, and didn't seem to have any interest in speaking with me, which left me wondering why was I invited in the first place. Needless to say, it didn't go anywhere.

I wonder how someone with that attitude can be a Director at Salesforce.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (Denver, CO (US)).

    Interview

1 interview with recruiter, 1 interview with hiring manager, 1 panel interview + editing project to complete. Everyone was more just interested in getting to know me rather than asking standard questions about my actual work history. It was refreshing and I always looked forward to each part of the process

    Interview

Several rounds of video interviews, with a panel review at the end. I was asked relevant questions based on my prior expertise and experience. I rehearsed for the presentation and potential questions (several of which I got) and got very positive feedback.

My recruiter Bianca was amazing. Applying to a company like Salesforce is a big deal and you want to be prepared. Bianca helped me prepare at every stage of the interview process and allowed me to ask questions along the way.

If I could give any advice, leverage your recruiter to help you win that job. Ask questions. Schedule time to go through your presentation deck. Discuss best practices.

I went through 3 stages. The first call was with my recruiter where we discussed my background and why I wanted to be at Salesforce. The second call was a 30-minute call with the sales manager. Finally, the last call was an hour-long presentation with 2 sales managers and the VP of Sales. Be prepared!

After the interview, my recruiter was quick to inform me of the great news that they wanted to bring me onto the team.

Had positive screening and hiring manager interview, but then never heard back after three weeks; was told the job opening was delayed, only after repeated follow-up. Communication was erratic and poor in general.

    Interview

I had an informative interview with someone on the team. She was wonderful and I was very interested in the open position. I had a recruiter from Salesforce reach out to me to setup an interview. I responded to her email, but the email came back undeliverable. I was finally connected to her after reaching out to a few people on Linkedin. The recruiter missed our scheduled time to speak, but instead called over an hour later. I was in the shower and ran out to answer. I managed the call as best I could. The same recruiter called me again later that week in which I informed her that we had spoken earlier that week. Did not receive anything after.

The interview process was a bit inconsistent. I found it difficult to correspond with the recruiting team but I really do admire the company. Everyone seems to be very happy here and that is clear in the interviews
