Pros

The company overall is great, good benefits for employees with pretty generous pay.

Cons

This may be an office by office basis but the one I worked at the management was awful, there were different rules for the agents that made more sales, no training and no marketing available .

Pros

great benefits, PTO, and decent compensation,

Cons

Corporate greed: its all about the shareholders, not the product your putting out there. Always looking for more out of you, never enough. Construction was always picking up slack from other departments No visible career advancement

Pros

Income, benefits and the majority of coworkers

Cons

Workload, work-life balance, unrealistic expectations, micromanagement, excessive paperwork, spreadsheets and reports. Income can be fantastic but expect no life. Commission rate needs to be raised to fall in line with competitors or even other divisions.

Pros

Benefits are good, pay is okay, and youll make great friends along the way as a builder if you stay long enough.

Cons

Work life balance, poor pay to trades leads to poor workmanship which leads to the Superintendent to have to go to great lengths to get the most basic of things done. If you’re not within the clique of certain personnel you’re judged more harshly. The build times on homes do not allow you to ever meet the maximum bonus potential. That “max” bonus is elusive and nearly impossible to attain without sacrificing quality. The trade base is often stretched so thin because they took on so much work that the superintendents have to deal with trades that cannot keep up, yet after thorough explanation to upper management nothing is done about it.
