The project:

A large-scale infrastructure programme involving complex civil, structural, and MEP works across multiple sites. The scope includes new town development, advanced technology facilities, and integrated transport systems, with emphasis on systems coordination, asset renewal, and long-term operational resilience.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead PMO and Project Controls delivery, ensuring effective framework implementation across assigned commissions.
• Manage day-to-day reporting, cost, schedule, risk, and change control activities.
• Develop baselines and monitor performance, including risk analysis and contingency management.
• Provide technical advice, escalating issues and supporting informed decision-making.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to governance and performance reporting.
• Collaborate across teams, support capability development, and drive delivery aligned with net zero goals.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree-qualified, with APM accreditation or progressing toward professional chartership.
• 5 years of experience delivering PMO and Project Controls on complex construction or consultancy programmes.
• Proficient in tools including Primavera P6, Power BI, Aconex, and risk systems.

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
