I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Scottsdale, AZ)
Interview
First, you'll either get a call or a letter saying a friend recommended you for the job.
Then they bring you in for a group interview, which is really just having a manager teach you about the company and do the sales pitch to you to sell you the knives. And I don't men "sell" in the sense of you buying the knives, I mean that they do it to convince you that the knives are quality. They'll ask the group questions on occasion to make it seem more competitive.
Later, they'll have you come in for a one-on-one interview. Where they ask more follow-up questions about yourself to make it seem more legitimate. They really want to just hire as many people as they can. Basically, if you don't come off as the kind of person who'd steal the knives to sell for drug money, you're pretty much guaranteed the job.
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vector Marketing in Jul 2025
Interview
It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.

Interview
There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
