I applied online. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Crofton, MD) in Jul 2022
Interview
Was very easy. First was an initial pre-screen, one-on-one with a manager, then a group interview, which really was just showcasing / explaining the company while occasional questions were asked to the group, then a final screening one-on-one with the manager, which you would get an offer on the spot, or if not, know right-then-and there.

I applied online. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Houston, TX) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview was with a group. The first hour and a half was spent listening to the manager talk about the company. Participants could not be seen, but people had the choice to respond to any questions, but not of the participants can see each other's answers. At the very end of their presentation, every answers questions about themselves, their team reviews it, and gives you call if they're interested.
