Pros

I learned how to use a knife a lot better.

Cons

Representatives are forced to rely on their own connections, or go door to door for sales. The knives are a hard sell at their high price. Travel is not reimbursed.

Advice to Management

Be more clear with new employees about how they will be contacting potential clients.
