I had to said that I did like the honest feedback from HR person, who shared what a SF hiring manager is looking for but also this show how culture SFis tremendously wrong on daily basis. SF say that "never mind you background" the important is what you bring, how collaboration, data and innovation is the ket as well be up-to-date. It was clearly said to me the never mind if I am a senior AE or higher, with different background, skills and degrees, if I'm engage with SF through Cohort program, trailhead and credential, this mean nothing to its Sales Hiring manager if no mentions of SaaS in my curriculum. If resilience, innovation, continuous training, multiple job experiences in various industries and countries are not evaluated positively and actually considering a plus, then why SF is selling itself as a great place were development is one of the most evaluate aspected and soft skills should be the only that matters (as this interview was not for a technical position) ?
