I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process was smooth, thorough, and the recruiter was very friendly. I never felt like I was getting "grilled" during any of my interviews, they were really personal and effective.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The final interview included a presentation that the applicant puts together. It was a good exercise that reflected the duties of the role.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Describe a deal won
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
