Google Meet. 30 minutes. Casual. Understanding. My interviewer was interested in learning about my work experience, but she was mostly interested to learn about me as a person, which I appreciated. Kind. Didn't have to wait long.
The interview started with introductions, followed by questions about my experience and skills. I discussed specific achievements and answered situational questions. Finally, I asked about company culture and next steps.
