I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Apr 2019
Interview
Best hiring process that I have ever been through. After my application I got a call from a senior recruiter who wanted to have a 30 min call where I had the chance to introduce myself and ask questions. The recruiter explained me that I need to go through 2 additional interviews (video calls). Had a call with a very friendly senior Technical Architect that asked me several questions related to Java Development and, Design Patterns and Technical Architecture. I was not able to satisfy the interviewer with my answers and got the tip to continue building my expertise, learn about TOGAF framework and apply in the near future again. I was disappointed that I didn't get to the next interview but I got very helpful tips and insights for my further development.
The overall hiring process was very smooth and couldn't be better.
