I applied online to the position the day after it was published
I have been contacted 2 weeks after to plan a first interview of 30 minutes
The process continued with a 30 minutes interview with the hiring manager
Both of these interviews were conducted online via hangout
Discussions were open, transparent and gentle
For the next steps of the process, I have been invited to conduct a presentation based on a scenario - I received the content of it two weeks before to prepare myself
Presentation was done within Salesforce office with 3 attendees, 1 onsite and 2 on remote, within a normal meeting room.
I have been put in a "real" situation which could happen for such role. Discussion was good and constructive, similar on what you could really face
I received the confirmation that my application was selected two days after
In total the hiring process took nearly two months, including 2 weeks of vacations during Holiday seasons

After speaking with HR, there is a two-round interview process. The first interview is behavioral and conversational. The second is a panel interview -- the candidate prepares a presentation and walks through it with the interviewers. Its not a "role play" presentation -- you need to summarize a project you've worked on and exemplify your executive presence.

The process was smooth. The HR team kept me informed of everything that was happening and the next steps. The interviewers were knowledgeable about the topics, and the conversations were productive.
