The entire interview process was surprisingly enjoyable and mutually beneficial to both me and the team I was interviewing with. During the process, they accommodated well to my schedule and were willing to expedite the process once I had other offers on the table. My recruiter was also extremely transparent with me along the way, which made me feel like she was truly rooting for my candidacy the whole time. Although it was a fast and efficient process, they don't skimp out on being thorough during the actual interviews. They want you to feel like their team is as much of a fit for you as you are for them, which is hard to find with large corporations with thousands of employees.

First point of contact with recruiter. Very complete introduction to the company and briefing about the process to come. Then assessment day which lasted about 2.5 hours. Interviews with 2 managers, then mock up call and finally another call with a Director. Very clear process and assessment seemed fair.
