Interview
I interviewed with the hiring manager and their manager for two different roles after an initial screening call with the recruiter. The initial referral came from a senior executive so the recruiters screening call was more about the process than to screen me.
I initially interviewed for one one role but agreed to another. I had 5 formal and 2 informal interview.
It was important for everyone that the role was a good fit and ensured the job would be successful. I was very impressed with everyone involved and was able to have open and candid discussions to ensure we were al on the same page.

The questions focused around my previous experience, how I would go to market in a new region and new terrotory and the expectations we had for the role.
Various rounds, with fit questions, questions on knowledge about the industry and specific questions for the role each time. Some specific technical interviews during the process. Feedback given between rounds. Very well structured, people are very nice

Sales Methodology applied to align your team
Account level competitive strategy
How many customer stakeholders? How did you navigate the political landscape ?
How many stakeholders did you engage inside your organization to support you?
What are your learnings from this? What would you have done differently?
There were three rounds of interviews. The process moved fairly quickly. Unfortunately, at the time of decision the informed me an internal offer was made for the role. Completely support internal growth
