I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Jan 2017
Interview
The process was clear, with targets pretty well defined, respectful interviewers and interactions, sharp in the use of time for both parts.
Friendly and trustable contacts and interactions, always helpful in answering questions and doubts.
Making clear the company global and local core values from the beginning.
Real interest in not contracting people not aligned with SalesForce principals, making the teams as a big family.
The interview process consisted of five rounds and was quite demanding overall. Expectations changed between interviews, communication was inconsistent, and the hiring manager came across as dismissive and unnecessarily harsh throughout the process
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Helsinki, Southern Finland) in Jun 2025
Interview
1. Screening call with recruiter
2. Meeting with Hiring manager
3. Panel interview/presentation
4. Decision time
Overall took a month or two from 1-4.
Very smooth experience overall.
