Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Describe a deal won
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
3-4 interviews. When I didn't land one gig, they gave me an opportunity to go through the process again for a different role. Total interviewed 6 or 7 times and ended up being a huge waste of time. They give you so much prep work for the interviews and expect a lot for such a low base.
Really regret wasting my time and money. They were supposed to reimburse me for travel expenses and 5 months, too many follow up emails to count later, I still haven't been refunded. After two months they kept insisting they sent the refund and it takes 4-6 weeks so I need to be patient. Then I kept nagging them to look into it and they found that it was never even approved on their end! Then I was told to be patient and that it would take another two months to go through the process. 5 months later I'm still nagging them to pay me back and yet no reimbursement. They claim to be internally organized but so far it's not the experience I've had.
Glad I didn't get the job because I've never had a company make it this difficult for me to be reimbursed for an interview. Ended up costing me a couple hundred in cab fares though.
Also they knew going into it that I was coming from a different industry and said it doesn't matter. The only feedback I got from all the interviews was they weren't sure how much experience in my industry would transfer to tech.
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
