Started with a recruiter round, then a manager round, then a case study where I had to provide a headcount plan reasoning for the sales team across EMEA and then a final round with the VP of the department

After being referred into the company, I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter that went reasonably well. The questions were very basic and covered my background and interest in the role. I was told I'd get feedback within a week. Several weeks later, I got an email saying that they really liked me but had trouble connecting with the hiring manager, and asking for availability for the next interview. Weeks later, I'm still awaiting a response. I'm going to go with another offer instead. Not the greatest candidate experience, Salesforce.
