Pros
Some flexibility in WFH only and some discounts on SGS rewards
Cons
Such a boring office and boring people You will barely receive a good morning. People barely look into your face. Lack of management If you ask about work to do the manager says you must be bored and just keep like that because seems like they don't even know what is going on. If you ask your workmates they just said they don't know. Poorly documentation and communication. I have never worked in such a boring environment. No work culture or sharing experience or skills.

Low pay, little room for advancement, takes sick/vacation time if you have to miss work because there are renovations to the lab or hurricanes, hiring from outside instead of internal promotions
