      Pros

Honestly I’m scratching my head here to think of any pros, nice office and some nice people

      Cons

Very little social activities, Christmas party felt more like work, very little staff training, very weak upper management which lead to issues with difficult clients and scope creep, interesting projects but poor management meant lots of rework / buggy code
