international meetings. Depending on your team, you may have to be in the office for 2 days

Leading corporate, software used worldwide (good for cv), average salaries, European mindset

Cons

Out of Germany the benefits are weaker, very hierarchical structure, constant reorganisations in last five years with layoffs in traditional markets to delocalise in Eastern Asia or Latinamerica
