Honestly, none that I can think of.

• Bullying and narcissistic behaviour from certain managers is tolerated, even when documented. • HR repeatedly sides with problematic leaders, creating a culture where raising concerns is unsafe. • Redundancy processes can be manipulated to remove employees who challenge misconduct. • Leadership promotes values externally but fails to uphold them internally. • Strong performers are left exposed, while poor behaviour is protected and rewarded.
