Pros

Working level is nice and helpful

Cons

A very political environment - Good work is not rewarded. Work performance is based on favouritism of senior management. Retirement workplace - many senior management is there to retire. They are there to protect their job by creating meaningless work for working level. There are no meaningful work in the company. The products that the bank offer is outdated and lags behind the market. The target segment is niche and there is no growth in terms of revenue. The bank is going through a cost cutting phase for several years.
