The company is flexible enough and the management does not care if you come to the office, work from home or work from space! As long as you deliver what you're expected to you have the freedom to work in a pattern as you like. However, if you're looking at a senior role, you ought to be a hustler, get things done. Senior management roles at PS are not for someone who cannot keep up high-pace dynamics and match the passion levels of the top management or is just looking for an ambition-less 9 to 5!
