Pros

PS is an amazing company to work with. Doesn't matter if you're a fresher or an experienced professional, the company has great learnings and advancement opportunities to offer. The company is flexible enough and the management does not care if you come to the office, work from home or work from space! As long as you deliver what you're expected to you have the freedom to work in a pattern as you like. However, if you're looking at a senior role, you ought to be a hustler, get things done. Senior management roles at PS are not for someone who cannot keep up high-pace dynamics and match the passion levels of the top management or is just looking for an ambition-less 9 to 5!

Cons

Some departments of the company are still being structured.

Pros

Perennial Systems offers a solid environment for senior and lead MERN stack developers. The work involves real client-facing projects with modern tech like React, Node, Express, and MongoDB, and there’s clear ownership over architecture, delivery, and technical decisions. The teams are collaborative and professional. Discussions around design, scalability, and code quality are encouraged, and feedback flows both ways. Management is transparent, expectations are clear, and delivery timelines are generally realistic. What stands out is the trust given to senior engineers — you’re expected to lead from the front, mentor teams, and take responsibility for outcomes rather than just execute tasks. Effort and accountability are recognized, which makes the work satisfying. Overall, it’s a dependable place for experienced MERN stack developers who value ownership, quality, and a healthy work culture.

Cons

Fast-paced delivery cycles at times

A lot of unethical practices

Pros

Top management is reachable ( your problems will be heard but no action taken)

Cons

A lot of work pressure They have only 1 big client, no other project opportunities. If you fail in that project there is no other option but bench. They put employees with false names on client project. Lot of micromanagement Top most people in company will be involved and track developer user stories. No rewards or appraisal if you are not favourite.

Pros

Strong Leadership Support: Management is approachable and encourages innovation and technical ownership. Modern Tech Stack: Use of SwiftUI, Combine, and other up-to-date tools and architecture patterns. Innovative Product Work: Projects are meaningful, user-focused, and at the forefront of fintech innovation. Good thing to see here is productive thoughts are implemented effectively when highlighted to management through retrospection.

Cons

Less in person interaction created quite a gap knowing each other which got overcome recently through overwhelming Leadership and organisational week meetups in HQ.
