Pros

You get to work on variety of projects. But that is not by your choice, more like they have such projects so they give it to you.

Cons

High-level of micro management. Trackers used which refreshes every 10m They are highly manipulative when it comes to retaining you. Don't fall for it.

We regret to come across your negative experience working with us. Around the use of a time tracking software, our evaluation of work has always depended on a manual feedback and not on a productivity software. The practice of using a productivity software was introduced at the time of pandemic to ensure to our clients around their data security because all our talent forces were working remotely and this was a new challenge for all. The purpose was solely data security and assurance to our clients and never in the past has there been a single instance where our talents have been questioned basis the reports generated by the software. This practice also ended in 2023 when we got used to working in remote environment and no such software is in practice now. If there has been any instance where you were questioned on the productivity report, will request you to share your experience. here or write to hr@perennialsys.com. Around retaining, we have always valued our talent force and take steps to ensure that whatever possible steps we can take for them for them to retain. Calling this a manipulation is indeed an incorrect interpretation of our intentions.
