      No work life balance. You don't know if your forced for the weekend until Friday. So you can't plan anything.

      Pros

      They have a very competitive compensation package and benefits. It's also good on paper, as you'll have exposure to some of the biggest global brands. Expect to be part of a dynamic work environment with lots of opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Despite all the pros, I think the cons outweigh them all. The workload is so unsustainable that you're forced to do lots of overtime, and sometimes you're even expected to work on weekends without overtime pay. Aside from the workload, leadership expectations are very high and quite unrealistic. Leadership always say that they value employee well-being, but it's not really practiced in reality. They value KPIs and company performance above everything. The leadership seems out of touch with a lack of compassion when it comes to their employees. That's why it wasn't a surprise that the engagement scores were on a downward trend.

      Mondelez is a professional and good company to work for. Your agreements are in writing and you receive job training. You can sign up for benefits and you receive PTO.

      Cons

      The pay is on the lower end. The job is physically demanding.
