Pros

- Flexibility to work out of core hours, which is fine if your role doesn't have much to get done with. -Opportunities to work with major UK retailers and gain category experience.

Cons

During my time there, I experienced inconsistent treatment across team members and a workload distribution that often felt unsustainable, leading to burnout and disengagement. When I raised concerns through HR, I was disappointed to see that parts of my written feedback were later communicated to management in a way that changed the original meaning. Important context was omitted, which completely altered the narrative of what had been discussed. This experience left me feeling unheard and misrepresented, and ultimately eroded my trust in the internal support systems that were supposed to help. -Some managers showed limited empathy and emotional intelligence, creating a culture where certain employees felt unsupported or unfairly treated. As said before HR doesn't seem to have the influence to change that so it becomes an enriroment of manager/controller dictorship.
