      Pros

      My tenure here has been short thus far, but it took no time to realize that I'm in the right place. I feel that there's considerable opportunity for professional development and everyone has been pleasantly helpful and kind with getting me integrated into the fold and navigating training and daily tasks. Plus, being able to work remotely as needed is fantastic.

      Cons

      I haven't gotten any thus far. I suppose I miss physical labor to some degree, but my knees definitely dont!

      Flexible schedule, FUN place to work, great co-workers, great benefits, plenty of resources to assist in doing your job, nobody monitoring your every move

      Cons

      Being located in a prime area sometimes takes extra time in Houston traffic.

      Your team members are great and there are after hours non-work sponsored events which are always fun

      Cons

      I would say overwhelming and high stress job but that is what sales is regardless of where you work. It’s the nature of the beast.
