We strive to provide a positive employee and client experience which may mean extended hours on certain projects, but we also provide employees the flexibility they need when possible. Our flexible work arrangement process has helped many employees meet their personal needs. Like so many other organizations, we have had to adjust during an unprecedented year, hours have had to vary and in some cases additional hours have been necessary to provide a great client experience.
