      Flexible schedule, FUN place to work, great co-workers, great benefits, plenty of resources to assist in doing your job, nobody monitoring your every move

      Cons

      Being located in a prime area sometimes takes extra time in Houston traffic.

      McCoy has a Flexible work environment

      Cons

      Management does not share sales opportunities equally. There are some people within the organization that have personal connections and new leads are given to the favorites and anyone else has to work much harder to barely get scraps.
