Support for further education is advertised, but in practice, pursuing additional qualifications is discouraged, with management viewing it as a distraction. Work-life balance is poor—even during statutory holidays, employees are expected to be available due to chronic understaffing. Hiring is slow, and the team operates under significant pressure to meet unrealistic expectations. Employee concerns are frequently ignored, yet staff are blamed when things go wrong as a result. There is minimal respect for employees, with an outdated hierarchical culture where underperforming managers remain in place. Career progression and salary growth opportunities are extremely limited, especially in a declining sector with no clear strategic direction. Overall, the environment prioritizes appearances over genuine leadership, and the burden falls on an overworked and undervalued workforce. Would not recommend to a friend or family member.
