      Pros

      Different initiatives for work and a lot of learning in different areas. Handling of different clients as well as mingling with different cultures and personalities!

      Cons

      Upper Management pressure or partner pressure to attend private social events "house parties" partner events and all. Sexist environment, dominated by a misogynist culture. Very political environment, favouritism based on likeability environment. Especailly as feamale it leaves a bad taste overall.

      -Great benefits and promotes work life balance -Great product lineup and support from the product team

      Cons

      It was completely demoralizing to see management unprofessionally talk about one’s performance in front of all the peers. Culture and moral is on the floor. Many gaps and segregation between employees and upper management. High turnover rate for those reasons...
