An environment with a strong international aspect, fast paced, with true challenges. What I love at LumApps is the autonomy, the strong impact, the international aspect by being in contact with all the hiring managers and teams across the globe (USA, Europe, Japan), and the everyday challenges which lead you in learning new things and developing skills. Moreover, working in the HR team has given me the opportunity to understand the leading style of many hiring managers as well as the function of different teams and departments. Managers are giving freedom to their teams, and rely on their opinion. More specifically, for the HR team, VP People and Talent Acquisition manager, I could not imagine better support, communication, and true trust in my skills and job! Real motivation and willingness to continue working and stay at LumApps! Big plus: learning activities, Udemy account, participation in webinars and events.
Cons
The environment is fast paced, which means intensity, changes, multitasking, fast adaptation, ability to understand quickly what is next, fast and correct decisions. This may stress some people.
