Not a lot of opportunities for professional and personal deveopment

late hours, toxic work environment, no benefits

Payment is not nhigh enough and

- Temporary work status, no benefits - Irregular hours, work on weekends - High turnover

High pressure, sometimes people are overworked, salaries are not competitive, very little room to grow in some departments.

Too busy, continuesly running back and forth

Minimal to no pay raises. Limited benefits for full-time employees. What they listed in the job description is never what you actually do.

Lack of dedicated project resources and too many high priority initiatives competing for the same resources..
