Poor Management, Poor Communication. Leadership is appalling and non-existent. The day-to-day humanity of working there has eroded. Sad really.

Stress and poor pay for what we do, short-staffed

A lot of the positions are filled through referrals and a strong sense of favoritism is present. It's more about who you know than it is how well you do the work.

Need to be flexible with hours, usually get hired as parttime

Minimal to no pay raises. Limited benefits for full-time employees. What they listed in the job description is never what you actually do.
