Incompetent Company

Pros

Decent pay but does not out way the cons.

Cons

Company has been in Bankruptcy since June 2023 with liquidity issues dating back to 2022. No communication about their flaws and they are too incompetent to fix their mistakes. Constant Leadership turnover Constant RIFFs and firing of employees (in 1.5 years I saw the company lose over 600 employees) Horrible communication Horrible Leadership Cliques formed that resulted in poor performers receiving promotions while hard workers that were not in the inner circle were left on the outside

Lacking true management

Pros

Insurance is great if you buy up, unlimited PTO (if you have time)

Cons

Management by crisis only; there is no support until something goes wrong. Long-term employees are often overlooked for opportunities, while new employees are frequently "buddy hires" who lack fundamental leadership qualities. Unless you are part of the inner circle, it's best to keep quiet.

Pros

Incora is a fast‑paced and evolving organisation that offers a strong sense of purpose and opportunity to make an impact. There is a clear focus on collaboration, and colleagues are generally supportive and committed to delivering for customers. The business is going through transformation, which creates opportunities to learn, develop new skills, and be involved in meaningful change. Leadership is visible and engaged, and there is a genuine drive to improve processes and ways of working.

Cons

As with any growing organisation, periods of change can be challenging and workloads can be demanding at times.

Pros

People you work with are nice and friendly Easy job role when trained properly

Cons

Compensation does not adequately reflect the level of responsibility and workload required. Leadership demonstrates gaps in effective team management and strategic direction. There is insufficient communication regarding key updates, priorities, and organisational changes. Excessive micromanagement limits autonomy and negatively impacts productivity and morale. The organisation lacks clear direction and consistent guidance. Workplace concerns are not always addressed appropriately, with HR perceived as prioritising management interests over employee support. Opportunities for career progression within the team are limited and appear inconsistent. Incentive structures are not competitive or well-aligned with employee performance and contribution. There is a strong focus on sales outcomes, often at the expense of broader employee engagement and development.
