As an individual - expect the best from oneself, and opportunity to set own oath to grow the company. As a team, collective ability to resolve issues.

The international environment, the enormous drive to contineously bring new innovations to the market, a very involved CEO.

Cons

Working in a fast growing company, means it does happen that sometimes you have to do work for 2, before additional people are in place.
