      Great Company If You Have a Winning Personality

      Pros

      -Great company culture - Fun and hardworking coworkers -Beautiful Headquarters -Opportunities to work on projects outside your department

      Cons

      If you want a 9-5 this isn't the place for you. The working hours are long if you want to be successful as the teams are very lean. Also, if you are looking to take vacation, it can be difficult as the hours you miss are typically made up by working weeks of extra hours(because your team members workload is already backed up from their position).

      Thank you very much for the review. It's great to hear that you enjoy working on projects outside your department. We operate lean, so one of the key traits we look for in employees is a can-do attitude and willingness to pick up stretch assignments in order to further develop.
