      Pros

      Decent pay and free food.

      Cons

      I wouldn’t recommend staying here long term. The company confuses healthy company culture with food trucks and events. Leadership is not engaged or helpful. My position was not the issue, my manager was. The health benefits are also mediocre.

      Pros

      Extremely open access to cross functional departments. Very engaged and collaborative atmosphere. No egos or seniority power trips. High emphasis on work life balance and bringing innovations to customers seeking to exceed their expectations. Last but not least a passion for employee engagement with non work related activities.

      Cons

      I don't see any nor can think of anything that is negative.
