      Overly pressurised . No worklife balance

      Colleagues and customers for the most part

      Cons

      Little actual support though a lot of talk about being supportive. Lone trading . Stores can lurch from crisis to crisis whether stock issues/ tech /staffing / promos. So many tasks / admin that is unnecessary. Burn out happens
