Pros

They took over the HPE field support contract from Unisys. They may have been desperate to enter the US market and likely underbid the contract. They tried to hire people at much lower salaries than what HPE and Unisys used to pay. In the beginning, they lost a lot of employees, but eventually regained their footing, although they continued to experience an extremely high turnover rate. They have made every effort to stay afloat and keep morale high. While their intentions are good, they lack the necessary resources.

Cons

As they are new to the US market, they don’t offer many benefits. Although they have made some improvements year after year, the benefits they provide remain exceptionally low, making it difficult for them to retain employees. Competitive benefits are a key factor in employee retention, and companies that fail to offer comprehensive packages often struggle with high turnover rates

Pros

- Good work environment (international) - Good position to start a career in IT - Possibility to learn a lot about IT - Decent perfomance bonus but not very often

Cons

- No salary increase - Not many possibilities to grow - Few benefits, bonuses - 100% On Site

Great pay good benefits 40 hour with the opportunity of overtime

Cons

recruiter doesn’t tell you about a drug test or job description doesn’t say anything about a drug test just background and clean driving record

Positive and friendly global work culture Good work-life balance

Cons

Compensation is largely limited to salary, with minimal additional perks or benefits. No remote/hybrid flexibility, food, or cab facilities. Growth opportunities appear limited, and decision-making is heavily management-centric. Even while collaborating with global teams, work styles and decisions are primarily dictated by the India team, reducing autonomy.
