The benefits are okay and there is a work from home policy.
Cons
As a start-up, there is use of endless number of programs to keep up with administrative tasks. Integration of their processes and procedures is needed. As a small company you better fit their culture right away or you will have a tough time learning the ins/outs of the organization and your role.

It is disappointing for everyone involved when a company decides to let an employee go within their first 90 days. We have a very strong culture at FSH. Part of our commitment to our employees is that they can trust their coworkers to work hard every day. We have a client retention rate over 95% because our Account Managers go the extra mile to meet every expectation. Operating from home during the pandemic has presented some challenges, but I have been so impressed with the many new hires we have onboarded during this time, while growing our business by 50% and providing a wonderful service that keeps people safe.
I really love how transparent the leadership is about their plans for the future of the company. It helps me to feel confident about my decision to leave my previous company to work at FSH, because I know we're headed in a good direction, one that I see myself being a part of for a long time.
Cons
If you can even call it a con, one con is that we are growing so quickly and starting to run out of space in our office. Luckily there are open offices on our floor that I'm sure we would take over once we need to.
