5yIt is disappointing for everyone involved when a company decides to let an employee go within their first 90 days. We have a very strong culture at FSH. Part of our commitment to our employees is that they can trust their coworkers to work hard every day. We have a client retention rate over 95% because our Account Managers go the extra mile to meet every expectation. Operating from home during the pandemic has presented some challenges, but I have been so impressed with the many new hires we have onboarded during this time, while growing our business by 50% and providing a wonderful service that keeps people safe.
