Recruiter screen, it was a good conversation. I was told he would get back to me early the following week. After two followups over the next two weeks, I got a form letter rejection with zero feedback. Better than being ghosted but not by much.
Intro call with recruiter. Take-home assessment relevant to the work you would be doing. Call with engineering team to review the assessment, discuss implementation and possible improvements. Final call with CTO.
