Pros

So many team building activities. Management always wants to make sure employees are supported. They have Bagel Wednesdays, Pizza Fridays. They celebrate holidays. It's super fun! And everyone is so nice and welcoming. Such a united group.

Cons

The company is currently going through a lot of changes with the way things are being done, so with change can come chaos, but its all been handled extremely well and management still finds a way to make sure their employees are well taken care of and supported.

Home Visits allowed for development of good relationship with patients

Cons

Poor work/life balance due to high demand in the field and then paperwork at home. Management very unsympathetic to workers basic need for time off, flexibility
