Woundtech interview questions

I had three rounds of interviews, and all the rounds were interactive and focused on my previous work experience and the products I’ve built. There were also questions related to frameworks, agile methodology, collaboration, and stakeholder management, which I found relevant and engaging. The interview process itself was smooth, and I felt the discussions went well. However, after completing the rounds, I did not receive any feedback or further communication. Despite multiple follow-ups, I wasn’t informed about the outcome or next steps, which made it difficult to manage other opportunities. They kept ignoring my messages and calls, and dropped a message saying your profile is not rejected, but the feedback is pending. It's been almost a month, so I can assume they have already offered someone and are waiting to see if that person backs out. They could have been transparent about putting my profile on hold, but they chose to ignore. Poor ethics.
