Attractive salary and bonus scheme

Cons

Where to start?! - No clear strategy or communication throughout the business - No cross functional working, with everyone working in isolation to fulfil individual goals with little regard to the best interests of the company - Management are completely dis-connected and have no clue what’s going on or don’t listen - No opportunity to progress or develop your skills - Hopeless marketing with brands being introduced rather than launched and aren’t on trend. They then wonder why they don’t sell?! - No support - Toxic culture that verges on bullying There’s a good reason employees don’t stay long!

Cons

Currently, a small team which can lead to a busy schedule. However, team is growing steadily.

Some credible and friendly employees within the business

Cons

Terrible management and HR team. Horrendous Diversity and Inclusion within the company. Active bullying, harassment and discrimination with no policies followed and complete disregard to employee welfare, human decencies and basic morals.
