Whyte and Mackay interview questions

Applied online. Received an email sometime later saying they would consult colleagues and get back to me if they were interested in round one interview. No official process was shared. Not very transparent and seem like they are fishing, not interested in hiring.

Firstly, I had to complete a creative exercise relevant to the internship subject I had applied for- following success of such exercise . An online 1-1 interview took place- lasting approximately 30 mins.
