      Good salary to start (higher than average) as a grad Training is comprehensive People are nice

      Cons

      Poor salary progression Don’t appear to care about retention- would rather bring a new person in on a lower salary than pay a better salary You are often a manager and have more responsibilities without being paid for it

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
