Super micromanaging: You will be watched by your lead all time because it’s their job is to monitor your daily work and constantly give you “feedback”; I was asked to give updates to my lead 2-3 times a day to let them know my progress; Each of us need to send our manager an End-Of-Day spreadsheet that logs your working hours and the jobs we’ve worked on that day. Repetitive and tiring work which you have to be hold 100% accountable: Besides managing jobs and sending mass emails to vendors, most of your time would be spent on final-eyeing translated documents that you don’t even know the language, or fixing the ugly formatting of the files, and you are expected to deliver them to the client with zero mistakes.
