      The people that work at this company are awesome.

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible and only care about themselves. The pay structure is performance based but the majority of the "bonuses" they promise will just go to your managers. Not to mention the base pay is horrendous.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
