      Good salary, great people andenviroment.

      Cons

      Constantly ask us to come back to work fully in office, when clearly the job does not require this. Also, there is not much chance of growth depending on which team you are on. At last, I think they value flaws much more than success, constantly giving us a negative feedback.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
